Junting Pan is a doctor of engineering. He is a researcher of the Institute of Agricultural Resources and Agricultural Regionalization, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. He is mainly engaged in research on the utilization of agricultural waste resources and the prevention and control of non-point source pollution in river basins, and has made important progress in the improvement of quality and efficiency of agricultural waste through anaerobic digestion, the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions by aerobic composting, the preparation and application of bio-based high-value materials and the efficient utilization of bioenergy. He has hosted more than 10 projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation, and published more than 50 papers in top journals such as Trends in Biotechnology, Renewable & Sustainable Energy Reviews as the first or corresponding author. The first consummated person has authorized more than 10 domestic and foreign invention patents.
